We’ve rounded up the best Intertain experiences, regardless of your budget, so you can kick off your celebration in style.

Please note: Due to current COVID restrictions, we are only currently taking bookings for Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, and Perth. Victorians we love you too, so please feel free to look through our options and we’ll help you plan the perfect post-COVID party!


The Blow-Out Budget.

Want to truly celebrate and have a large budget to do so? Check out our top menus for those that are ready to party in style!

Sydney
Enjoy clean eating with Chef Dané’s seasonal, premium menu packed with two entrees, mains, and desserts. Plus, you can even add sides! Will you try their Ocean Trout Gravlax with Oyster Mushrooms, Pink Pickled Radish, Watercress & Lemon Vinaigrette, or their Vegetarian Pear & Parsnip Soup w Fennel with Butter Toasted Parsnip Brioche?

Brisbane
Indulge in a romantic weekday dinner with Italian Chef, Mirko. For $350 per person, you are treated to a three-course menu, a bottle of matched wine, roses, candles, and a waitress for the evening. If you are enjoying dinner with a group of friends, opt for the Rustic Italian Degustation, you are able to enjoy a six-course menu (for a minimum of six guests).

Melbourne (not available for now, but book post-lockdown)
Enjoy Chef Naofumi’s Italian-Japanese fusion degustation post-lockdown. Made for six guests or more, this delicious cuisine is handcrafted with fine dining in mind. Try his Nanbanzuke-Style Whiting marinated in Japanese Citrus or the Premium Beef fillet Wellington Style with Porcini Duxelles Sauce. For those that prefer Modern Australian cuisine, opt for Chef Simon’s six-course menu for groups of six.

 

The “Little Bit of Everything”

Want a mix of everything but don’t know where to begin? These menus are perfect for you!

Sydney
For Sydney-siders that love something seasonal, Chef Vince’s menu can be split into two, three or five courses to suit all groups. With a mix of hot and cold entrees are available, as well as main and desserts on offer.

Brisbane
For a modern take on Australian delights, the three-course menu by Chef Chris will tickle your tastebuds. Try out his line caught snapper with charred spring onion and smoked Aioli, or the pork fat glazed trout with charred pickles and trout skin. Find his full menu, here.

Perth
If you are a seafood lover, try out WA’s finest with Chef Sophie. This Italian-inspired menu has many classics including homemade linguine with prawn, clams, mussels and creamy sauce, or Goan seafood curry with prawns and mussels.

For those that want a post-lockdown feast, you are able to book once restrictions lift. Try out Chef Tamaki’s amazing Japanese flavours in her seasonal menu. With delicious shared plates available, you can transport yourself to Japan without even leaving home.


The Smaller Budget
Just because your budget is smaller, doesn’t mean that you can’t have an amazing time with our Intertain experiences – these are our $100 p/p and under menus.

Brisbane
Head to Bologna, Italy with Chef Mirko’s sharing menu – made for upwards of ten guests. Including, a range of cured meats, crescentine, roasted vegetables and premium cheeses.

Melbourne (not available for now, but book post-lockdown)
Prepare post-lockdown with this range of delicious small budget menus for those who want to party without breaking the bank. Try out Chef Simon’s introductory A La Carte menu including Prawn Tian with Avocado Lemon and Gazpacho, Scallops in Prosciutto, Soubise with Garlic chips and Crispy Skin Pork Belly with an Apple and Radish Salad. If you prefer a menu with classical flavours, try out Chef Thomas’ Bespoke Australian Menu, which is curated by the Chef himself!
