Chef Mirko's rustic Italian degustation menu is designed for guests to taste Chef Mirko's most cherished traditional dishes throughout his culinary journey. Experience Chef Mirko making some of the pasta fresh in your home by hand, inviting your guests to get involved and sharing stories from his childhood growing up in Italy and his adventures since then. The listed menu price of $180pp is based on 6-courses menu for a minimum of 6 guests.

    Support Staff

    Chef Assistants support the Chef with preparation, serving dishes and cleaning.

    • Chef's Assistant required when catering for 10+ guests

    Waitstaff supports the Host with welcoming guests, serving drinks and assists the Chef where required. 

    • Waitstaff recommended for events of 10+ guests

    Our concierge team can help you with the menu and support staff prices. 

  • Our private Chefs curate menus that utilise residential kitchen equipment and your tableware such as: 

    • Cookware: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils
    • Tableware: Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
    • Appliances: Stove Tops, Ovens  

    In some cases, our private Chefs may bring their cookware as a preference or backup. 

    Your concierge will advise what's required for your booking and assist you if additional supplies are required. 

  • Our private Chefs can cater to most dietary requirements. 

    • Selected dishes will be altered to cater for each guests requirements.
    • A small fee may apply if significant alterations are required.
