    Support Staff

    Chef Assistants support the Chef with menu preparation, serving dishes, clearing the table and cleaning. The number of guests will determine when an assistant is required. 

    • Chef's Assistant required when catering for 10+ guests

    Waitstaff supports the Guest and at times the Chef with serving drinks and dishes, clearing the table and cleaning. The number of guests and your service preferences will determine when a waiter is recommended or required. 

    • Waitstaff recommended for events of 10+ guests

    Our concierge team can help you with the menu and support staff prices. 

  • Our private Chefs curate menus that utilise residential kitchen equipment and your tableware such as: 

    • Cookware: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils
    • Tableware: Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
    • Appliances: Stove Tops, Ovens  

    In some cases, our private Chefs may bring their cookware as a preference or backup. 

    Your concierge will advise what's required for your booking and assist you if additional supplies are required.
