Chef Rod Ex-Jacques Reymond Restaurant, Oakridge Winery, Stones of the Yarra Valley) has spent his years working in a wide spectrum of elite kitchens in all facets; savoury, sweet and bakery.

The Chefs menus reflect his culinary journey and treasured experiences, whether that be an exotic menu rich with Modern Middle Eastern flair from his home country of Persia, or a contemporary bespoke menu of locally sourced seasonal produce.

A new concept conceived by Chef Rod Shokuhi Reflective Dining presents three primary menus with each menu reflecting the number of years spent honing certain areas of the culinary world.

Also available is his signature sharing style menu, &Banu a representation of his Persian heritage showcasing lessons passed on by his Mother prior, during, and after closing her Middle Eastern wood-charcoal eatery, Nights of Shiraz.
