Chef David's banquet menu is designed to share from a range of dishes placed in the centre of the table. The listed menu price of $100pp is based on a selection of 6 dishes for a minimum of 8 guests.

Special Requirements

  • The listed menu price includes:

    • Your private Chef will shop, cook, serve and clean
    • Estimated 3 hours on site
    • Travel within 20km of the CBD
    • All guests served the same dish per course (unless otherwise arranged)
    • Intertain's Insurance and Quality Guarantee
  • The listed menu price of $100 is based on 6 dishes for 8-13 guests.

  • Waitstaff supports the Chef with serving and cleaning as well as serving beverages to the table. 

    • Waitstaff required for bookings of 10+ guests
    • Available for less than 10 if required

    Time Required

    • 6 Dishes: 3-4hrs
    • Chef Assistants support the Chef with larger bookings.
    • Chef's Assistant required when catering for 25+ guests


    Our concierge team will advise you on pricing based on your chosen menu.

  • Our private Chefs curate menus that utilise residential kitchen equipment and your tableware such as: 

    • Cookware: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils, Oven and Serving Dishes 
    • Tableware: Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
    • Appliances: Stove Tops, Ovens  

    In some cases, our private Chefs may bring their cookware as a preference or backup. 

    Your concierge will advise what's required for your booking and assist you if additional supplies are required. 

  • Our private Chefs can cater to most dietary requirements. 

    • Selected dishes will be altered to cater for each guests requirements.
    • A small fee may apply if significant alterations are required.
