Chef David has curated this fusion menu utilising seasonal produce and express some of his favourite Japanese dishes. The listed menu price of $130pp is based on 3-courses for a minimum of 6 guests.

  • All menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability. 

Special Requirements

  • The listed menu price includes:

    • Your private Chef will shop, cook, serve and clean
    • Estimated 3 hours on site
    • Travel within 20km of the CBD
    • All guests served the same dish per course (unless otherwise arranged)

  • The listed menu price of $X is based on X Courses for 6-9 guests.

    6-9 Guests 

    • 3 Course: $130pp
    • 5 Course: $150pp     

    10+ Guests 

    • 3 Course: $120pp
    • 5 Course: $140pp    
  • Waitstaff supports the Chef with serving and cleaning as well as serving beverages to the table. 

    • Waitstaff required for bookings of 8+ guests
    • Available for less than 8 if required

    Time Required

    • 3 Course: 3-4hrs
    • 5 Course: 4-5hrs


    Chef Assistants support the Chef with larger bookings.

    • Chef's Assistant required when catering for 15+ guests

     

    Our concierge team will advise you on pricing based on your chosen menu.

  • Our private Chefs curate menus that utilise residential kitchen equipment and your tableware such as: 

    • Cookware: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils
    • Tableware: Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
    • Appliances: Stove Tops, Ovens  

    In some cases, our private Chefs may bring their cookware as a preference or backup. 

    Your concierge will advise what's required for your booking and assist you if additional supplies are required. 

  • Our private Chefs can cater to most dietary requirements. 

    • Selected dishes will be altered to cater for each guests requirements.
    • A small fee may apply if significant alterations are required.
