Chef Luke F
At a young age Luke learned he was destined for a life of culinary experiences. As a 15-year-old, he was invited to take his first taste of hospitality kitchen operations. During the first first year of his apprentership, Luke won ‘Apprentice of the Year‘ before becoming a finalist in the State Training Awards. In the latter years of his apprenticeship Luke was primarily focussed in the art of fine dining. Luke moved to New South Wales to expand his horizons, working as a National Operations Manager for a national franchise whilst working in private catering and consulting.
In 2016, Luke moved back home to Adelaide to pursue his dream of feeding the masses with restaurant-quality food, in modern, quick and effective ways inside his very own commercial kitchen on wheels ‘Twisted Palate Food Cart’. Luke pays particular attention to quality produce and exceptional plating. Luke has been cooking for over a decade now, as a Head Chef, consultant and Private Chef all the while developing new food sites, evolving the hospitality industry in Adelaide and solidifying his dreams to one day become an educator in the industry with multiple food outlets.
