Chef David's 28-year culinary journey has taken him around the world, working in several hatted and Michelin starred restaurants and as a personal Chef for the rich and famous. He has experience across a range of cuisine styles including modern French and Italian cookery as well as Eastern and South East Asian cuisines.
Throughout the years, Chef David has accumulated experience in patisserie, chocolate making, sugar work and bakery. Having an emphasis on a healthy approach to holistic nutrient-rich food’s, he can cater for all dietary requirements such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten and sugar-free and raw foods.
