Chef David has curated this set menu using the freshest seasonal ingredients. The listed menu price of $175pp is based on 5-courses for a minimum of 6 guests.

  • First Course

    Seared Scallops with Winter Vegetable Passata, Broad Beans and Anchovy and Roasted Garlic

  • Second Course

    Risotto of Spanner Crab, Saffron and Leek with Brown Butter Crumbs

  • Third Course

    Grilled Duck Breast with Charred Radicchio, Marinated Cherries Pinenut, Pancetta and Aged Balsamic

  • Fourth Course

    Roasted Wagyu Rump Cap with Sauteed Potatoes and Mushrooms, Chard with Chestnuts and Milawa Mustard

    Add Australian winter truffles + $25

  • Fifth Course

    Chocolate Fondant, Raspberry, Chocolate Soil and Vanilla Bean Ice Cream

  • All menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability. 

Special Requirements

  • The listed menu price includes:

    • Your private Chef will shop, cook, serve and clean
    • Estimated 3 hours on site
    • Travel within 20km of the CBD
    • All guests served the same dish per course (unless otherwise arranged)

  • Menu Pricing 

    • The listed menu price is based on catering for 6+ guests
    • A premium applies for 5 or fewer guests

    Support Staff

    Chef Assistants support the Chef with preparation, serving dishes and cleaning.

    • Chef's Assistant required when catering for 8+ guests

    Waitstaff supports the Host with welcoming guests, serving drinks and assists the Chef where required. 

    • Waitstaff recommended for events of 10+ guests

    Our concierge team can help you with the menu and support staff prices. 

  • Our private Chefs curate menus that utilise residential kitchen equipment and your tableware such as: 

    • Cookware: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils
    • Tableware: Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
    • Appliances: Stove Tops, Ovens  

    In some cases, our private Chefs may bring their cookware as a preference or backup. 

    Your concierge will advise what's required for your booking and assist you if additional supplies are required. 

  • Our private Chefs can cater to most dietary requirements. 

    • Selected dishes will be altered to cater for each guests requirements.
    • A small fee may apply if significant alterations are required.
