Danè Chatani is a Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute qualified chef, who believes cooking with fresh produce prepared with care and love, is an essential ingredient for health and well-being. Chef Danè went on to work under the infamous David Thompson, founder of Darley St Thai and has since been a private chef in Sydney for the past 8 years at The Nutritional Chef. 

As a qualified Clinical Nutritionist, Chef Danè is exceptionally well trained at working with foods for varying health conditions. Her philosophy is simple: Healthy food should be enjoyable food.

Chef Danè and her 2 assistants did an awesome job, everyone was very happy as they enjoyed the 3 courses and these were paced really well.  I am also grateful they left my kitchen clean and tidy as they found it.  Overall it was a great experience that more than happy I would repeat.
