A celebration of Victorian produce, Chef Pete has curated this menu from his wealth of experience living and working in the area. The listed menu price of $138pp is based on a set 5-courses for a minimum of 6 guests.

  • First Course

    Crudo Tasting Plate of 3 Italian inspired Crudo including Sliced Raw Fish (Kingfish and Snapper) and Oysters drizzled with Oil, Lemon and Seasoning

  • Second Course

    Blackened Chicken with a Quinoa and Herb Salad

  • Third Course

    Pan Seared Bass Strait Scallops served with Savoy Cabbage, Chanterelle Mushrooms, French Lentils and Greens

  • Fourth Course

    Pan Seared Rockling with Wilted Spinach and Truffled Corn Kernels

  • Fifth Course

    Hard and soft Australian Cheeses with Lavosh, Quince Paste and Fresh Fruit

  • All menu items are subject to change according to seasonality and availability.

    • A premium applies for 5 or fewer guests

  • Our private Chefs curate menus that utilise residential kitchen equipment and your tableware such as: 

    • Cookware: Pots, Pans, Cooking Utensils
    • Tableware: Crockery, Cutlery, Glassware
    • Appliances: Stove Tops, Ovens  

    We will confirm you have adequate equipment and tableware to ensure the Chef can cater for your event.

    In some cases, our private Chefs may bring their cookware as a preference or backup. 

    If you don't have enough cookware or tableware, our concierge team can assist you. 

  • Our private Chefs can cater to most dietary requirements. 

    • Selected dishes will be altered to cater for each guests requirements.
    • A small fee may apply if significant alterations are required.
