    Crudo Tasting Plate of 3 Italian inspired Crudo including sliced raw fish (Kingfish and Snapper) and Oysters drizzled with oil, lemon and seasoning

  • Course 2

    Blackened Chicken with a quinoa and herb salad

  • Course 3

    Pan Seared Bass Strait Scallops served with savoy cabbage, chanterelle mushrooms, French lentils and greens

  • Course 4

    Pan Seared Rockling with wilted spinach and truffled corn kernels

  • Course 5

    Hard and soft Australian Cheeses with Lavosh, Quince Paste and Fresh Fruit

  • A basic minimal kitchen should include the following: 

    Cookware - pot and pan
    Utensils - ladle, locking tongs, spatula, slotted spoon
    Servingware - plates, bowls, platters
    Cutlery - full set of cutlery to include fork, knife, spoon and tablespoon
    Drinkware - glass, mugs or cups
    Appliances - electrical outlet, stove, oven
    Other items - knives, chopping board, colander and grater
