This set 4-course menu is focused on seasonal ingredients and the best of what Japan has to offer. The menu dishes are flexible to guest preferences.

  • Course 1

    Chawanmushi, Japanese Savory Steamed Custard with Vegetable and Seafood

  • Course 2

    Assorted Entree with Shabushabu Salad (thinly sliced pork salad with sesame dressing), Homemade Gyoza Dumpling, Teriyaki Chicken Pate, and Agedashi Tofu (crispy silken tofu with Japanese broth)

  • Course 3

    Sous Vide Lamb Back Strap with Sour Plum Sauce served with Green Tea Flavoured Buckwheat Risotto.

  • Course 4

    Green Tea Pavlova with Sake Infused Fruit Salad and Praline

  • A basic minimal kitchen should include the following: 

    Cookware - pot and pan
    Utensils - ladle, locking tongs, spatula, slotted spoon
    Servingware - plates, bowls, platters
    Cutlery - full set of cutlery to include fork, knife, spoon and tablespoon
    Drinkware - glass, mugs or cups
    Appliances - electrical outlet, stove, oven
    Other items - knives, chopping board, colander and grater

  • Most dietary requirements can be catered for.
